 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have [3] working calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Vee’s Co. provides exchange/returns for ready stocks items, once we receive back your item/s, a return credit will be provided to your account. Strictly no cash refunds available.

We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will provide return credit once the item is received. Allow 2-3 working days. 

Refund credit will be as follows: 

Free shipping item:Item price –initial shipping cost(RM10 normal items-RM35 Gowns)

Paid shipping fee item: Item price only

Store credit valids for 4 months(120days) , kindly use it before expiry.

You may use your refund store credit for any ready stocks.

  • Ready stocks exchange with any ready stocks item(s) except Bras
  • Take note that all ready stocks item will be labelled and titled as [In stock] 


  • Preorder items are strictly non exchangeable/refundable. Return and exchange not applicable to following items:
  • Pre-order items[except for selected Qipao/Cheong Sam(exclude Cheong Sam gowns), you may exchange with  additional processing fee of RM25-RM50,]
  • Best Buy items[labelled best buy] 
  • Custom made/custom sized/ custom color apparels
  • Lingeries (bra /underwear/swimwear)


Criterias for exchange/return

  1. Returns can only made one time per order number; order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  2. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 
  3. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  4. We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will provide return credit once the item is received. Allow 2-3 working days.
  5. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  6. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please send us the tracking code after shipped back the parcel and keep it with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  7. Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
  8. Vee’s Co. reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

*There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.

*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

 (iii) ALL Reasons listed below (a-f) are NOT considered defects:


 a) color variation from product photos, e.g. slight darker/lighter shades

b)slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements,etc .

c) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements

d)  Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.

e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.

f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)

g)Button hole do not open

h)Washable stain smaller than 0.5cm

Vee’s Co. will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective item is received.

In the case of no stocks/size for the same item, buyer may exchange with any other available ready stocks.



Attach your clear photo proof of defected parts ,name and order ID,Email us at [email protected]  for return form and return address.

Returns by express courier( whichever express courier service which will allow us to receive exchanged item within 1-5days, advisable for ABX Express for cheaper rate compared to other services)

RM10 exchange and handling fee will be charged for each exchange item.
