Fitting is on Saturday/selected PH,do check with us available dates.
Due to private boutique based, min booking days is 2 days before fitting.
1. Rental Deposit RM200 -RM450, depend on gown grade and rental duration.
2. Deposit 100% refundable once our gown received in original condition. Do allow 1-3days for us to check and refund your deposit.
3. In the case of damage(unremovable stain, tear,other irreversable damage) done to our gown, deposit will be forfeited.
4. Rental duration is:
2days-Limited to Kota Kinabalu area only,by arranged meet up location. Return latest on 3rd day of rental period.
5days- By postage,gown must be posted back on the 6th day of rental period,starting from the day gown is received.
10days- By postage,gown must be posted back on the 11th day of rental period,starting from the day gown is received.

5.Shall you need to extend the rental duration, RM40-RM100/day is applicable.
6. After used, place and send back in the provided bag and NO washing needed to minimize damage.
7. All of our rental gowns are with size range with adjustable lace provided(size S-XL)
8. No alteration allowed, deposit will be forfeited once alteration made.
9. Limited to one piece per gown. First come first serve basis.
10.Kindly check the available dates for the gown you would like to rent.
11. Strictly no cancellation/refund on rental fees after confirmed.
(2-5working days for delivery,ABX express will be used unless other courier service( POSLAJU) requested and extra fee will be bear by customer).
